Light, silver shimmering straw yellow. Clean, youthful and expressive on the nose. In addition, fresh, crisp acidity on the palate, very light exoticism, some light blossom honey. Long finish and a surprisingly compact and tight-knit structure overall. This structure makes the bacon pear an interesting partner for lean fish dishes.
